ELEMENTS OF LIFE ECCLESIASTICAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION (ELEHA)

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Ecclesiastical Educational Participation

This Student Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into voluntarily between the undersigned individual (“Student”) and the Elements of Life Ecclesiastical Health Association (ELEHA), an ecclesiastical health association providing spiritually informed, values-based education and training.

Student membership is required for participation in ELEHA-affiliated educational programs, training, or coursework conducted under ELEHA’s ecclesiastical health framework.

Ecclesiastical Nature of Student Membership

ELEHA student membership establishes an ecclesiastical and educational relationship only. It does not create a professional, clinical, or medical relationship.

Student membership:

  • is educational and formative in nature
  • does not confer independent ELEHA practice authority
  • does not confer public licensure or certification
  • exists solely within ELEHA’s ecclesiastical health mission

Membership in ELEHA does not require joining a church, adopting religious doctrine, or changing personal beliefs. Participation is voluntary and values-based.

Authorized Student Scope

As a student member, I am authorized to:

  • study ELEHA curriculum as ecclesiastical education
  • engage in personal spiritual and energetic practices
  • participate in supervised training exercises within class or instructional settings
  • participate in sessions, demonstrations, or practical training activities only when expressly approved and/or overseen by an ELEHA-authorized instructor
  • observe demonstrations and instruction
  • discuss principles and theory in an educational context

I understand and acknowledge that:

  • any sessions, practical work, or training activities involving others occur solely under the authorization, responsibility, and ecclesiastical licensure of the supervising instructor
  • such activities are considered instructional and educational, not independent practice
  • I am not acting under my own ELEHA authority, license, or credential during these activities

Non-Medical & Non-Clinical Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that ELEHA education and training:

  • are ecclesiastical, spiritual, and educational in nature
  • do not constitute medical or clinical training
  • do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease

Participation as a student does not create a medical, clinical, or professional provider relationship of any kind.

Advancement & Authorization

I understand that advancement beyond student status requires:

  • completion of required ecclesiastical training
  • demonstrated competency
  • formal review and approval
  • execution of a separate practitioner or training authorization agreement

No authority, title, or scope is implied or automatic by virtue of enrollment or completion of coursework.

Conduct, Ethics & ELEHA-Specific Authorization Limits

I agree to conduct myself with integrity, remain within student scope at all times, and avoid misrepresentation of training, authority, or status.

I further acknowledge that I am not authorized by ELEHA to:

  • provide ecclesiastical health care independently
  • offer energetic, spiritual, or wellness sessions on my own authority
  • teach or instruct material independently
  • represent myself as a practitioner, healer, minister, or provider
  • accept compensation for services

I understand that these limitations apply specifically to representation, authority, and activity under ELEHA, and that any authorization within ELEHA must be expressly granted in writing.

I further understand that I may hold separate roles, credentials, or callings outside of ELEHA, which remain independent and may not be represented as ELEHA-authorized unless explicitly approved.

Continuation, Inactivity & Reapplication

Student membership remains active only while the Student is actively enrolled in or participating in ELEHA-affiliated courses or training.

If a Student does not participate in ELEHA courses or training for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, student membership shall be considered inactive and expired.

Upon expiration due to inactivity:

  • the individual is no longer recognized as an active ELEHA student
  • participation in courses or training requires reapplication
  • prior coursework or training may be reviewed and credited at ELEHA’s discretion
  • additional coursework or refresher training may be required to re-enter

Reapplication does not guarantee reinstatement at the same level or standing.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By signing below, I affirm that:

  • I understand my role and limitations as a student within an ecclesiastical health association
  • I agree to remain strictly within ELEHA student scope
  • I understand that this Agreement does not authorize independent ELEHA practice, care, or teaching
  • I understand that this is not a medical, clinical, or professional relationship

INTERNAL NOTE (Not Shown to Students)

  • Student participation in sessions must always be tied to an ELEHA-authorized instructor
  • P2 required sessions are covered by a separate written Training Authorization
  • Student status lapses after 12 months of inactivity
  • Existing external credentials are respected but may not be represented as ELEHA-authorized
  • This agreement must be signed and approved before any training or participation
