Policies, Standards & Member Safeguards

Our Nature and Purpose

The Elements of Life Ecclesiastical Health Association (ELEHA) is an ecclesiastical health association dedicated to holistic education, spiritually informed practice, and responsible energetic and wellness traditions.

ELEHA exists to support balance, vitality, and personal development through non-medical, non-invasive, and values-based approaches rooted in classical energetic principles and spiritual understanding.

ELEHA is not a medical clinic, hospital, or licensed healthcare provider. Participation is voluntary, educational, and ecclesiastical in nature.

Membership Requirement

Participation in ELEHA services, sessions, education, or training requires active membership in the Elements of Life Ecclesiastical Health Association prior to participation.

Membership establishes an ecclesiastical association relationship and is required before any services, sessions, or educational activities occur.

Membership is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

Voluntary Participation

Membership in ELEHA does not require adopting a religion, belief system, or doctrine. Members remain free to hold their own spiritual, philosophical, and personal views.

Participation in ELEHA activities is entirely voluntary. Members may choose which services, sessions, or educational offerings they wish to participate in and may stop participation at any time.

Scope of Services and Education

ELEHA practitioners and instructors may offer services and education that include:

Energetic and spiritual support
Movement, breathwork, meditation, and awareness practices
Lifestyle and wellness education
Classical energetic principles and traditional wellness perspectives
Values-based and spiritually informed guidance

All services and education are provided for ecclesiastical, educational, energetic, and spiritual purposes only.

Non-Medical Disclaimer

ELEHA does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical healthcare services.

ELEHA practitioners do not diagnose disease, prescribe medications, perform surgery, or interfere with medical treatment or emergency care.

ELEHA services and education are not a substitute for licensed medical care. Members are encouraged to seek evaluation and treatment from licensed healthcare professionals whenever needed.

Informed Consent and Personal Choice

All participation in ELEHA activities is based on informed consent.

Members have the right to ask questions, to understand the nature of any service or activity, and to make their own choices regarding participation.

Members may stop participation in any service, session, or activity at any time.

No guarantees or promises of outcome are made.

Touch and Professional Boundaries

Some ELEHA practices may involve non-invasive, respectful energetic contact.

Any physical or energetic contact occurs only with consent and within clearly defined professional boundaries.

ELEHA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for coercion, exploitation, manipulation, or inappropriate conduct of any kind.

Spiritual and Values-Based Guidance

ELEHA may offer spiritual, reflective, and values-based guidance intended to support insight, balance, and personal growth.

This guidance is educational and spiritual in nature and is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or counseling as defined by state licensure laws.

When appropriate, members are encouraged to seek licensed mental health or medical professionals.

Credentials and Titles

ELEHA offers ecclesiastical and educational credentials within the field of Chinese Energetic Medicine and related disciplines.

These credentials are ecclesiastical in nature and are not state-issued or federally issued medical licenses.

When the title “Doctor” is used in connection with ELEHA credentials, it refers to ecclesiastical education and authorization only and does not imply medical licensure.

Privacy and Respect

ELEHA is committed to respectful, ethical, and confidential conduct within the boundaries of the association.

Information shared in the context of membership or participation is handled with care, subject to legal requirements and safety considerations.

Questions, Concerns, or Communication

ELEHA values open communication and the safety and well-being of its members and participants.
